A Fontana man has been arrested following an investigation into allegations that nude images and videos were solicited from multiple minors in the Kern Valley area, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies with the Kern Valley Substation have been investigating the allegations since 2025. During the investigation, deputies identified Roberto Aldaco Jr., 33, as the suspect in multiple incidents involving inappropriate communications with minors and requests for sexually explicit images and videos, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies located Aldaco in San Bernardino County on July 17 and arrested him.
Aldaco was arrested on suspicion of sending harmful or obscene material to a minor with the intent to seduce or entice, using a minor in the production of child pornography, extortion, possession of child pornography, lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, and production, distribution or possession of material depicting a minor in sexual conduct, according to the sheriff’s office.
Aldaco was transported to Kern County and booked into the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Justice Facility.
