GV Wire has been honored by the California News Publishers Association, earning numerous first place and runner-up awards earning numerous first place and runner-up awards in their annual California Journalism Awards competition. GV Wire has also received International Telly Awards for video achievement and the prestigious Addy Award for public service from the Fresno Advertising Federation.
