GV Wire reporter Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Kim Stephens about the latest developments in Don Arax’s defamation case against Keshia Thomas.

Thomas, a Fresno Unified trusted, issued an apology to Arax, the former Bullard High football coach, for saying that he called her son a racial slur. The apology comes after her son declared under oath that he never told his mother the coach used a racial slur.

With the trial scheduled for December, Brian Whelan, attorney for Arax, said the jury will have a chance to decide how those actions, along with Thomas’ accusation, have negatively affected Arax.
