Valley Crime Stoppers reported Thursday that the Fresno Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a June shooting that left two people wounded.
Fresno police officers responded about 4:24 a.m. June 27 to the 2500 block of North Del Mar Avenue after multiple ShotSpotter activations, Crime Stoppers said.
Officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds. During the investigation, detectives reviewed nearby surveillance footage and saw a dark-colored sedan speeding north on Del Mar Avenue immediately after the shooting.
The vehicle was later seen traveling east on Michigan Avenue and then north on Blackstone Avenue. The suspect vehicle remains outstanding.
