Jonathan Clark, an All-American track and field performer, teaches eighth-grade science at Granite Ridge Intermediate School in Fresno.
However, he is probably best known for his prowess slam-dunking a basketball.
Wrote Alex Myers of The Loop in November: Clark “describes himself as a ‘pro dunker’ in his Twitter bio, spent time as a member of the Harlem Globetrotters, and has a popular YouTube channel.”

Once Bullied, Clark Soars to New Heights

Clark wasn’t always a star athlete. As a high school freshman in Los Angeles, he weighed just 99 pounds, and a football player used him as a barbell. He now stands 6-3 and weighs 185 pounds.
“High school was tough back then,” Clark told the Los Angeles Times in 2007. “I was considered one of the geeks of the class.”

Performed All the Jumps at UCLA

He went on to earn a scholarship to UCLA and graduate with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
According to the uclabruins.com, Clark was a two-time All-American, earning second-team honors in 2011 in the outdoor triple and indoor triple. He ended his career with top marks of 52 feet, 5.25 inches in the indoor triple, and 51-9.25 in the outdoor trip.
He also high-jumped 6-10.75 in the high jump and long-jumped 23-7.50 outdoors.

Check Out His Dunks

Here are some of Clark’s dunks. What do you think? Is he the best dunker in the world?
