Detectives are investigating an overnight armed robbery at an AMPM convenience store in Pixley.

The incident was reported at about 11:24 p.m. Tuesday at the AMPM located at 11901 Road 122, according to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said a man entered the business armed with a handgun, demanded money, and then fled the area.

Detectives and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Crime Lab are actively investigating the robbery.
