Golden Charter Academy was founded with a simple but powerful mission — to inspire powerful young minds. As a young, barrier-breaking public charter school in the heart of Fresno, we remain steadfast in that purpose.

It is not in our nature to respond to baseless attacks. However, we will not allow misinformation and political noise to distract from the critical work of educating and uplifting our students, families, and community.

Regarding GV Wire’s recent coverage, we have always worked in full partnership with Fresno Unified School District, following all district and state-approved processes.

To date, two independent investigations have been conducted, and none have substantiated the claims you shared. As we’ve mentioned in multiple communications to GV Wire, our policies are available publicly on our website, but we will not share specific student or employee information.

We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our parents, staff, community members, and city leadership.

Together, we look forward to celebrating the opening of our permanent home next fall — a milestone that reflects not controversy, but progress, perseverance, and promise for the next generation.
