The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating three fugitives recently added to Sheriff Mike Boudreaux’s Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List.
The sheriff’s office identified the fugitives as Ismael Gomez Bermejo, 32, Jacob Arteaga, 20, and Jose Fernando Gutierrez Cisneros, 27.
Gomez Bermejo, a Goshen resident who is known to frequent the Fresno County area, is wanted for murder, according to the sheriff’s office.
Arteaga, who is from the Cutler area and is known to frequent Orosi, Dinuba, and Reedley, is wanted for homicide.
Gutierrez Cisneros is wanted on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, rape, domestic assault, and false imprisonment.

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said anyone with information about the whereabouts of the three fugitives should not attempt to contact or apprehend them.
