Clovis Police Make 30 DUI Arrests in July

Clovis police arrested 30 drivers on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in July, according to monthly statistics released by the Clovis Police Department.

The DUI arrests were among 464 total arrests made by Clovis police officers during the month, according to the department’s July 2026 Spotlight. The monthly report provides a snapshot of police activity in the community.

Officers handled 8,891 calls for service in July. The department said calls for service include police reports, traffic stops, collisions, community contacts, and follow-up work.

Police also took reports on 105 collisions during the month.

The department reported 19 vehicle burglaries and thefts from unlocked vehicles, along with five residential burglaries.

Clovis public safety dispatchers answered 3,287 calls to 911 in July.

How to Report a Crime

As part of the monthly update, police encouraged residents to immediately report crimes in progress and suspicious activity and to remain aware of their surroundings.
