Tulare County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a 23-year-old Tulare man following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving juvenile victims.
Investigators identified Gavin Boswell as a suspect after determining he allegedly engaged in unlawful sexual acts with a child under the age of 14, the sheriff’s office said Thursday.
During the investigation, a second juvenile victim, also under the age of 14, came forward and reported similar abuse.
Boswell was arrested and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on 10 felony counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.

The sheriff’s office said the investigation remains ongoing and detectives believe there may be additional victims or witnesses who have not yet come forward.
