A 32-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and child endangerment after a drive-thru report at a Fresno restaurant, police said.

At approximately 10:16 a.m. Sunday, the Fresno Police Department received a call from a manager at a Panda Express at Clovis and Balch avenues reporting a woman in the drive-thru who was possibly under the influence.

Officers responded and contacted the driver, identified as Olga Cruz, who was still in the drive-thru lane.

Officers observed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication and reported a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person.

After a DUI investigation, officers determined Cruz was driving under the influence and placed her under arrest. She selected a blood test and was transported to the Fresno Police Department, where a blood sample was taken.

Police said there were three children in the vehicle at the time of the stop.

Cruz was booked into the Fresno County Jail on three counts of child endangerment and DUI.
