Westbound Belmont Avenue between Armstrong and Fowler avenues will close beginning Monday as crews install new sewer and storm drain connections as part of developer improvements, city officials said.

The closure is expected to last through Dec. 12, pending weather or unforeseen delays, and drivers are urged to follow posted detours or use alternate routes.
