Fresno Plans to House 300 More Homeless People Across City

Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer announced that the city is moving to phase two of “Project Off-Ramp,” the administration’s initiative to address homelessness.
Dyer said more motels will be purchased and renovated to house an additional 300 homeless people in the next 100 days. The motels are located throughout the city. Organizations like the Poverello House, Turning Point of Central Valley, and RH Community Builders are teaming up with the city to provide assistance and support.
