GV Wire reporter Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Kim Stephens about a lawsuit against the city of Fresno regarding downtown parking.
A jury trial is scheduled to begin Oct. 12 in a lawsuit brought by commercial developer Cliff Tutelian against Fresno City Councilmember Miguel Arias and City Hall.
Tutelian alleges the city backed out of a promised parking deal, potentially costing him a key tenant and millions of dollars.
