GV Wire will sit down with Fresno City Council District 1 candidate Rob Fuentes on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. for a one-on-one interview.
GV Wire’s Edward Smith will conduct the interview, with questions focusing on Fuentes’ vision for District 1 and the issues facing residents.
Fuentes is running against Naindeep Singh for the District 1 seat currently held by Councilmember Annalisa Perea, who is running for state Assembly.
Fuentes and Singh advanced to the November runoff after the June primary.
GV Wire initially planned to host the two candidates for a forum on Oct. 1, but the event was changed to an individual sit-down with Singh.
Singh sat down with GV Wire on Oct. 1.
Fuentes will now have the same opportunity Thursday, with Smith conducting the hour-long conversation.
The debate will be live-streamed on GV Wire’s Facebook page.
