The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office is seeking the public’s help locating relatives of a 57-year-old Fresno man who died of natural causes in a hospital.

Officials are trying to identify and contact family members of Stephen Rodriguez, but efforts to locate his relatives have been unsuccessful, according to the sheriff’s office.

Coroner’s Office staff have searched numerous personal records in an attempt to locate Rodriguez’s family.

Authorities said identifying immediate family members is necessary to release Rodriguez’s body and allow for a proper burial.
