CDC Says 345 Sickened in Salmonella Outbreak Tied to Jalapeno Peppers

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Wednesday 345 people have gotten sick across 27 states in a multistate Salmonella outbreak linked to jalapeno peppers.
While 27 people have been hospitalized, no deaths have been reported, it said.
