A grass and brush fire was reported Friday morning along Highway 180 at the Highway 41 connector in Fresno, CHP logs show.

The fire was reported at about 10:01 a.m. along the transition area, where initial reports indicated grass burning on the left-hand side of the connector and a brush fire beginning to spread along the right-hand side.

Fire crews were working in the area, and at least one unit was on scene with additional units en route, according to incident information.
