A probation search at a Visalia home led to the discovery of methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl, police said.
At approximately 8:41 a.m. on Wednesday, the Visalia Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, assisted by the HOPE Team, conducted a probation check at a residence in the 1300 block of South Liberty Street.
Officers detained Olivia Rios, 25, and Albert Diaz, 35, both on probation.
During a protective sweep, officers saw narcotics in plain view inside the bedroom of Kathryn Rocha, 73.
After securing the residence and obtaining a search warrant, officers found the drugs packaged for sale.
Diaz was booked on active warrants, while Rocha and Rios are undergoing medical clearance before being booked on warrants and narcotics-related charges, authorities said.
