Fresno Greek Fest will return in mid-September for its 64th year, bringing three days of Greek food, live music, dancing and cultural activities to St. George Greek Orthodox Church.

The annual family-friendly festival will take place Friday, Sept. 18, through Sunday, Sept. 20, at the church, 2219 N. Orchard St. in Fresno.

Festivities will run from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The festival showcases Greek culture through homemade Greek cuisine, live Greek bands, dancing and shopping. Activities will also include games for children and nightlife for adults, with live music continuing until closing.

Greek Fest Goes Cash Free

Greek Fest will be cash-free this year, with major credit and debit cards and tap-to-pay accepted throughout the festival, organizers said.

The event is hosted by St. George Greek Orthodox Church, which has approximately 600 member families.

Fresno’s Greek community founded the church in the 1920s. About 40% of its current membership is Greek American, while the remaining 60% includes Romanian, Lebanese, Armenian and other ethnicities.

Proceeds from previous festivals have supported neighborhood food pantries, children with cancer, prison ministry, and people in need worldwide.

A donation from the 2026 festival will benefit Poverello House.
