GV Wire’s Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Karl Cooke about a recent court decision allowing the construction of a four-story luxury apartment complex at Herndon and Prospect avenues in northwest Fresno.
In July 2024, the Fresno City Council turned down the developer on a technicality after hearing objections to the project from residents. The developer then sued the city.
Superior Court Judge Robert Whalen ruled that the council had 60 days to approve the project.
