The investigation, which began after police received a tip about an illicit casino, led to the execution of a search warrant on Wednesday.

The search resulted in the seizure of multiple items, including guns, illegal drugs, and gambling equipment.

Officers recovered three guns, one of which was reported stolen, along with seven operational slot machines.

Additionally, 5 pounds of methamphetamine, pre-packaged for sale, were seized during the raid.

Phaphonh has been booked in the Fresno County Jail.
