Xbox Live experienced a possible outage Monday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 15,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 10:18 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting issues say they’re experiencing problems with game launch.

On the platform’s status page, it shares that there is a major outage with “account & profile,” “store & subscriptions,” “games & gaming,” and “apps & mobile.”

Update at 10:31 a.m.

More than 26,000 users have now reported an issue about Xbox Live, Downdetector shows.
