A vegetation fire near Hoffman Point in Fresno County grew to approximately 2 acres Thursday afternoon with a slow rate of spread and the potential to reach 20 acres, according to Watch Duty.

Air Attack reported multiple structures were threatened as firefighters responded.

The fire was initially reported at about 2:53 p.m. burning in light, flashy fuels at approximately three-quarters of an acre, with one structure threatened.

Watch Duty reported the fire remained active Thursday afternoon.
