Instagram is experiencing a possible outage Tuesday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 11:59 a.m. PDT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing issues with the mobile application and website.

Update at 12:22 p.m.

More than 4,000 users have now reported an issue with Instagram.
