The Capital One mobile application experienced a possible outage Friday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 3,500 users had reported problems with the platform as of 1:06 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.
Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing with the mobile application and banking.
Update at 1:11 p.m.
More than 5,000 users have now reported an issue with Capital One. On their status checker, the company says that the website and application is operational.
Update at 1:18 p.m.
Error messages reading, “We’re having trouble showing that info right now, but we’re working on it. Please try again later,” have began to appear while users try to access their information.
More than 7,500 users have now reported an issue with Capital One.

Update at 1:32 p.m.
More than 10,000 users have now reported an issue with Capital One.
