Israeli Columnist Alleges Ethnic Cleansing Plan in Gaza

Israeli columnist Gideon Levy alleges that Israel is executing a deliberate plan to ethnically cleanse Gaza through mass destruction, forced displacement, and eventual deportation under the guise of humanitarian efforts. In a sharply critical opinion piece, Israeli columnist Gideon Levy draws parallels between the Holocaust and Israel’s reported plans to forcibly relocate Palestinians in Gaza.

Levy references Mossad chief David Barnea—whose father fled Nazi Germany as a child — reportedly discussing with U.S. officials a multi-country deportation plan for Gaza residents.

According to Israeli media, Barnea said talks were underway with three nations: Libya, Ethiopia, and Indonesia.

Levy argues the plan involves first confining civilians in a so-called “humanitarian city,” described as a ghetto or concentration camp, before eventual mass deportation.

A BBC investigation cited by Levy shows satellite imagery of systematic destruction in Gaza, with Israeli job ads recruiting bulldozer operators for demolition work.

Levy contends this is no longer a reactive military campaign but a coordinated effort at ethnic cleansing. “This is no longer a rolling war,” he writes, “There is purpose to this war, and it’s a criminal one.”

Israel has not responded to the allegations.
