Tyler See, 21, of Visalia, is facing multiple charges of child molestation after detectives say he used social media to contact and meet underage girls, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office announced in a statement on Wednesday.

Detectives from the Special Victims Unit began investigating in August when they received information that See allegedly attempted to arrange a meeting with a 13-year-old girl.
Search warrants revealed evidence suggesting See had reached out to multiple girls between 12 and 15 years old.

Four victims have been identified, but investigators believe there may be additional victims in Tulare, Kings, Fresno, and Kern counties.
Formal charges were filed by the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office on Friday, leading to an arrest warrant.

Detectives then took See into custody at his home, and he is now held at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
