California Health Sciences University celebrated a pivotal moment in its history on Monday, Sept. 9 — the official accreditation of its College of Osteopathic Medicine.

The event, held at CHSU’s Clovis campus, was attended by prominent community leaders, faculty, students, and alumni who gathered to recognize this significant accomplishment.

The accreditation validates CHSU’s rigorous academic standards and sets the stage for the university to positively impact healthcare education and access in the Central Valley.

(Disclosure: GV Wire publisher Darius Assemi is one of the founders of CHSU and a member of its board of trustees.)

Attendees listen attentively as speakers honor the achievements and future impact of California Health Sciences University during the accreditation celebration event. (GV Wire/Dean Kirkland)
