Canvas experienced a possible outage Thursday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,700 users had reported problems with the platform as of 1:23 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

According to the platform’s status page, they are currently “investigating an issue” with Student ePortfolios.

Update at 1:32 p.m.

More than 4,400 users have now reported an issue with the platform.

Update at 1:40 p.m.

Nearly 10,000 users have reported issues with Canvas, according to Downdetector.

Canvas’ status page showed no change as of the latest update.

Update at 1:52 p.m.

The status page now shows an additional message, stating, “Canvas, Canvas Beta and Canvas Test are currently unavailable.”

More than 15,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform.
