The Tulare Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 39-year-old man last seen in Tulare in February.

Michael Hernandez was last seen just after midnight on Feb. 14, in the city of Tulare, police said.

Hernandez is described as being about 5-foot-5 and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and faded jeans.
