“I’m grateful to our trade partners for helping build this home and to our generous community for spending their dollars in raising the money needed to help alleviate pain and suffering throughout our valley,” said Darius Assemi, CEO of Granville Homes.
The featured home, a 2,133-square-foot Annie floorplan from Granville’s Traditional Collection, is in the Parc West community.
“The Granville Home of Hope embodies the spirit of community and generosity that defines District 1 by raising funds to support those most in need,” said Fresno City Council President Annalisa Perea. “I congratulate Granville Homes on today’s ribbon-cutting and look forward to the positive impact this year’s investment will have on our community.”

The nonprofits are Angels of Grace, Breaking the Chains, CASA of Fresno & Madera Counties, Central California Food Bank, Foundation for Sanger Schools, Fresno Mission, Fresno Police and Fire Chaplaincy, Mell’s Mutts, and Parents & Addicts In Need (PAIN).
As part of the fundraising efforts, Fresno Lexus has donated a two-year lease on a 2024 Lexus UX-Hybrid, which will be raffled off on Nov. 20. The home giveaway is scheduled for Dec. 4.
