Speaker Mike Johnson will visit Fresno for a Thursday, April 4 fundraiser.

“Come and hear from the Speaker of the House Congressman Mike Johnson (R-LA) on his priorities for 2024,” the flyer reads.

Richard F. Spencer and his wife, Karen Spencer, are hosting the event, believed to be at their business — Harris Construction, sources tell GV Wire.

The “get in the door” price is $1,000 to attend the brunch starting at 10 a.m. The “chair” and “co-chair” prices are $6,600 and $3,300, respectively. Those designations include a reception at 9:30 a.m.

Proceeds are for the Grow the Majority CA, a fundraising committee benefitting California’s GOP delegation. Central Valley representatives John Duarte, R-Modesto, and David Valadao, R-Hanford, are included.

Johnson succeeded Bakersfield Republican Kevin McCarthy as Speaker last year.
