According to court documents, Alcaraz produced videos of himself engaging in sex acts with an underage victim in Tulare County. Alcaraz is also accused of possessing sexual images of other minors, including some under the age of 12.

He is also charged with traveling to meet a minor in Kern County in an attempt to to engage in sex acts and sending obscene images to the child.

The crimes were allegedly committed between December 2020 and January 2021, the news release said. If convicted, Alcaraz faces up to 30 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The case was investigated by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office and the federal Homeland Security Investigations office.
