On September 3, 2016, Officers Juanita Davila and Toamalama Scanlan were critically injured after being shot by a visitor in the lobby of Fresno County Jail.

 

GV Wire spoke with family members and representatives of Officer Scanlan on September 7 in this exclusive video.
