X, formerly Twitter, experienced a possible outage Wednesday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 3,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 1:31 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing issues with the mobile application.

On Tuesday, Downdetector showed two outages with the platform where more than 35,000 users reported an issue.
