A traffic collision involving three vehicles, including two single-passenger cars and a semi-truck, occurred at Avenue 328 and Road 100 near Visalia on Friday morning, the Tulare County Fire Department said in a statement.

Two individuals sustained minor injuries, while a third was pinned and suffered moderate injuries.

Emergency responders, including the Tulare County Fire Department, American Ambulance, California Highway Patrol, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, and Visalia City Fire, are on the scene.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible as emergency crews continue to work.
