Chris Sidoti, a member of the U.N.’s Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, described the Israeli army as “one of the most criminal in the world” during a briefing on abuses since the start of Israel’s Gaza war.

The report detailed violations on both sides amid ongoing international scrutiny.
