Tulare County Deputies Investigate Armed Carjacking at Goshen Gas Station

Deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a reported carjacking that occurred Thursday afternoon at a gas station in Goshen.

At approximately 2:40 p.m., deputies responded to the Rocket Gas Station following a report of a carjacking. When deputies arrived, they located the victim, who was not injured.

Investigators said the preliminary findings indicate the suspect, while armed with a weapon, stole the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the area.

Detectives with the sheriff’s office are responding and continuing the investigation.

No additional information was immediately available.
