Caltrans will temporarily close a northbound Highway 99 onramp in Fresno Wednesday as part of scheduled landscaping operations, the department announced.
The northbound Highway 99 straight onramp from westbound Ashlan Avenue will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The northbound Highway 99 circle onramp from eastbound Ashlan Avenue will remain open during that time.
Caltrans said closures could extend beyond the scheduled hours if weather or other uncontrollable events cause delays during maintenance work.
Motorists traveling through the area are urged to allow extra travel time and exercise caution around road maintenance personnel.
Caltrans reminded drivers to “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
