Riverstone has grown into one of the Central Valley’s premier master-planned communities and Thursday’s groundbreaking for Raley’s O-N-E Market marks its next major chapter, reflecting the community’s momentum and the caliber of development still to come.

The 40,000-square-foot grocery store is targeted to open in spring 2027 as the first full-service grocery anchor in the Riverwalk at Riverstone development.

Raley’s O-N-E Market is a specialized, health-focused grocery store banner owned by The Raley’s Companies. The name stands for Organics, Nutrition and Education. The concept is highly curated, offering mostly organic, minimally processed and sustainably sourced items. The company currently operates locations in Truckee, El Dorado Hills, Roseville and Reno.

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held Thursday at the corner of Market Avenue and Riverwalk Boulevard in Madera County for the new store.

The ceremony at 9 a.m. will include remarks from Raley’s leadership, Riverstone Development officials, local elected leaders, and the Madera Chamber of Commerce, followed by a ceremonial groundbreaking.
