Madera County Authorities Seek Suspects in North Fork and Oakhurst Thefts

The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects accused of stealing from a North Fork convenience store and an Oakhurst sporting goods retailer on June 3.

According to authorities, a male and female entered the Bass Fork Mini Market and stole multiple alcoholic beverages. The pair then drove to Big 5 Sporting Goods located along Highway 49 in Oakhurst, where they allegedly stole additional merchandise.

Investigators said the suspects left in a white Jeep SUV and fled in the direction of Highway 221.
