Fresno police say officers responded Thursday to a confidential location regarding a disturbance.

According to the Fresno Police Department, the reporting party stated that Rigeberto Reyes Lopez, 42, touched the victim’s bottom, grabbed the victim, and moved the victim down the stairs against the victim’s will.

He was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery and kidnapping.
