The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Los Angeles Field Office and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who has been missing since March 16, 2025, and was last seen in Rancho Cucamonga, authorities said.
Investigators are searching for Nai Ping Hou, who also uses the aliases Hou Bao Ping and Hou Nai Ping. He was born May 3, 1951, in China.
Hou is described as a 5-foot-7-inch Asian male weighing 170 pounds with black and gray hair and black eyes. He has a birthmark on his upper left shoulder.
Authorities said Hou has ties to Riverside County, California. Investigators noted his bank accounts were depleted prior to law enforcement being notified of his disappearance, and possible foul play is suspected.
Anyone with information is asked to contact their local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.
