Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Like many tabby girl treasures, 10-month-old Octavia is pretty sure she could manage your life and run your household if she just had opposable thumbs!

With her laid-back “cattitude” and friendly spirit, she’s a wonderful observer of whatever is going on and happily keeps an eye on the world from a favorite window.

Plenty of lively rough-and-tumble with her siblings keeps playtime hopping, and then it’s time to curl up for a good snooze, possibly in that same window!

She’s a sweet girl with her people, affectionate while not needy or demanding, though Octavia is an enthusiastic diner and especially enjoys tuna.

She also gets along well with other cats and with dogs and is OK with kids.

Octavia’s Backstory

Octavia and her three siblings — all weighing about one pound — were found in an alley parking lot with the mama cat nowhere in sight.

They were lovingly fostered by their finder, knowing that they would get to go up for adoption to loving families when they had grown enough, had enough vaccines, and had been spayed/neutered.

Octavia’s brother, Mr. Milo, has been adopted, while his sisters all still await homes.

How to Adopt Octavia

Octavia’s beautifully dressed for whatever the day brings, in a velvety suit of brown and ivory stripes and a darling face adorned with sugary white highlights.

Could classic sweetheart Octavia be your precious tabby doll?

To adopt Octavia or see other available cats and kittens, visit The Cat House on the Kings.

All adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for fleas, and litter-box trained. Thirty days of pet insurance is included with an adoption.

The nonprofit Cat House on the Kings is California’s largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime cat sanctuary and adoption center.
