Fresno police will conduct DUI patrols on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., targeting drivers suspected of driving under the influence, the department said in a news release.

Authorities remind the public that impaired driving includes not only alcohol but also certain prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and marijuana.
While marijuana use is legal in California, driving under its influence remains against the law.
