The Kings County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two separate cemetery vandalism incidents reported in Corcoran and the Home Gardens area of Hanford.

The first incident occurred Sunday at the Corcoran Cemetery, where authorities said a vehicle damaged an exterior fence, struck multiple headstones and exited the property through another fence.

A second incident was reported Monday at Calvary Cemetery in the Home Gardens area of Hanford, where headstones were vandalized. The sheriff’s office said that case appears to be unrelated to the Corcoran incident.

Both incidents remain under investigation by the Kings County Sheriff’s Office.
