Vice President Kamala Harris released her medical records this weekend, stating she is in “excellent health” and has the “physical and mental resiliency” required for the presidency, reported GZERO.

Harris criticized Republican opponent Donald Trump for not releasing his own records, claiming he “doesn’t want the American people to see whether or not he’s fit” for office.

Trump’s mental fitness has been questioned by critics, citing his erratic remarks at campaign events. However, his campaign dismissed Harris’ challenge, referencing a statement from Trump’s doctor that he is in “perfect and excellent health.”

The campaign also targeted Harris, suggesting she “lacks the stamina” to keep pace with Trump’s “active schedule.” Despite this, Trump has yet to release his full medical history.

Harris’ campaign aims to use the release of her records to highlight Trump’s lack of transparency. While she leads in national polls, key battleground states remain closely contested.
