Fresno police arrested a man Tuesday night after they said he crashed a stolen Kia into a parked vehicle and fled on foot.
Jeremy Brown was driving the stolen Kia northbound on Adeline Avenue around 10:06 p.m. when he approached West University Avenue, Fresno police told GV Wire.
Police said Brown attempted to turn west at a high rate of speed but was unable to complete the turn and lost control of the vehicle.
The Kia spun out and collided with a parked vehicle, police said.
Brown then got out of the vehicle and ran, according to police. Officers were able to arrest him.
Brown was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, and misdemeanor hit-and-run. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
