Tulare County firefighters are battling a commercial structure fire near Farmersville that has closed part of Road 156. (Tulare County FD)

Tulare County firefighters are battling a commercial structure fire near Farmersville, the Tulare County Fire Department said Thursday.

Fire crews responded to the area of Road 156 and Avenue 280 and found a fire well involved inside the commercial structure.

Crews were working to extinguish the blaze. No injuries had been reported.

Road 156 was closed between Avenue 280 and Avenue 288 while firefighters worked at the scene.

Officials asked drivers to avoid the area.
